This is one of my favourite marinades, because it is super tasty and easy to do with just 3 ingredients:
1 tbsp curry paste (I like the red one)
2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce or Bragg's amino
2 tbsp sesame oil
Mix all three in a bowl and add it to raw cut up chicken or tofu in a baking dish until cooked; approximately 20 minutes on 350F. You can also add a bit of arrowroot powder to the mixture when added to chicken to make a thicker sauce esp. when the juices of the chicken are released, it can make the sauce watery.
You can add veggies too - it just may increase the cooking time!
