I have tried a lot of different ear washes for my dog.. Nothing worked that well until this I tried this homemade concoction.

Ingredients: 3\4 c white vinegar, 1\4 c rubbing alcohol, 1\2tbsp boric acid and 1tsp of iodine.

Put in a dropper bottle or squirt bottle, put in dog's ear outside and then let them shake head. Repeat other side and then wipe out with a tissue.

The boric acid and iodine can be found behind the counter at a pharmacy.

Hope this helps!
I know this helped us!
