I love to use organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)... it is always on hand and EXTREMELY beneficial for blood lipid levels (Cholesterol, LDL and HDL levels). It is a main part of the Mediterranean Diet that is heart healthy!
-2 tbsp EVOO
-1 tsp balsamic vinegar
-1 tsp of maple syrup
Whip together and add to cooked veggies or salads!
