Quick Protein Pancakes:
_ I made a huge batch of these gluten free and high protein pancakes on the weekend and my 4 & 6 year old loved them🙌🏼. I freeze them all separately or with wax paper in between them, so they are easier to grab and toast in the morning. _ Ingredients: 1 cup of Bob's Redmill All Purpose flour (gluten free) 1 egg 1 scoop of protein powder 1tsp of baking powder 1/2 tsp of aluminum free baking soda Add almond milk to perfect pancake consistency (about 3/4 cup). Add in blueberries or chocolate chips if you want. _ Fry in coconut oil in small pancakes (so they are quick to thaw once frozen)
